In compliance with the Guidelines for Traffic Management and Network Administration, RP WiFi informs users of the measures in place to ensure fair, secure, and transparent Internet access.

Purpose:
To guarantee equal access to Internet services for all users while maintaining network quality, integrity, and security.

Management Principles:

1. Network Neutrality: RP WiFi does not block, throttle, or prioritize specific content, applications, or services.
2. Security and Stability: Technical measures are applied only when necessary to protect the network or users against attacks, congestion, or illegal activities.
3. Transparency: Users will be notified of any temporary management or maintenance measures that may affect speed or availability.
4. Service Optimization: During rare instances of heavy traffic, automatic load-balancing mechanisms may be applied without discriminating against any content or applications.
5. User Protection: All traffic data is handled in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

Applicable Management Measures:

• Monitoring of performance and congestion within network segments.
• Automatic filtering of malicious or suspicious traffic (DDoS, spam, malware).
• Dynamic bandwidth allocation in temporary saturation events.
