Accessibility Guidelines for Persons with DisabilitiesAt RP Wifi, we are committed to providing an accessible and inclusive service for all our users.
In accordance with the Accessibility Guidelines, our physical customer service centers include —when the building’s nature and structure allow— the following elements:
- Accessible route: entryways and paths designed for individuals with reduced mobility.
- Accessible service area: a space designed to comfortably and safely assist persons with disabilities.
- Accessible signage: visible and easy-to-understand signs to guide users.
- Service animal access: entry is permitted for users accompanied by service animals.
- Accessible waiting area: priority seating and designated space for wheelchair users, when available.
If any physical feature cannot be implemented due to structural limitations, our staff will provide direct assistance.
For example, if a ramp cannot be installed, a representative may step outside the office to assist the person with their service request or any related procedure.
